Omron has recently launched its new HMI panel series called NB series HMI. This new Omron's NB Series comes with lot more functionality and offers high quality graphical display (65,536 colours). It is available in 5.6 inch and 7 inch TFT models and is equipped with a long-life LED back light up to 50,000 hours. The USB port allows high-speed data transfer, while two serial communication ports enable simultaneous connection to two different devices for data exchange. NB5Q & NB7W are the HMI in NB series which can be easily programmed through new NB-Designer Support Software and C-language macros can also be used in the programming this HMI's. Free download of NB designer software is not available at Omron site till now.
